How to Make Changes to Your Policy

Whenever you need to make a change to your auto insurance policy, the best thing to do is call us toll-free at: 1 800 769-2526

Our insurance advisors are available to help Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Eastern Time (ET).

Tip: If you have an Online Insurance account, you can sign in to view your policy or change your billing method online.

You will need to update your auto policy if you:

  • Move—even if it's within the same town or city
  • Change your name, phone number or email address
  • Change jobs or the location where you work or go to school
  • Buy a new vehicle or no longer own a vehicle on your policy
  • Change the way you use your vehicle
  • Need to add or remove drivers from your policy (your spouse or child, for example)
  • Need to change the primary driver of a vehicle
  • Want to change your coverage
  • Want to change how you pay for your premium

These are just a few of the situations that may require an update to your policy. If you are not sure whether you need to make a change, please call us.
