How to View Your Policy and Billing Details Online
Would you like the ability to view your auto insurance policy details or update billing information online—all within a secure and private environment? Just follow these simple steps:
1. Create your personal online profile.
Your profile gives you access to a secure area where you can keep your quotes, policies and billing information. To create your profile, click the link below and follow the instructions provided on-screen:
After setting up your profile, you will need to add your policy.
2. Add your auto insurance policy.
To add a policy, you'll need to enter the policy number and a policy verification code for the insurance policy you would like to save in your profile.
If you don't have this information, please call us at 1 877 749-7224.
If you have more than one policy, just repeat this step for each policy you want to add.
3. View your auto insurance policy.
Click on the policy number from your listings and you'll be provided with information regarding the name(s) of the policyholder(s), term, annual premium and a list of vehicles.
If you want more detailed vehicle information, click on one of your vehicles to view:
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- Registered owner and driver information
- Vehicle driving record and rating
- Vehicle usage and coverage
If you click on any of the driver names listed, you will be shown detailed information about that driver, such as licence class and accident information.
