List of High-Risk Countries for Business Travel

Information for Group Disability and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Policyholders

The following is a listing of countries that are currently considered to be a high risk for business travel.

If you are scheduling business travel for any of your employee(s) to one or more of these countries listed and

1. your employee's business trip is longer than 30 days;
   
   OR
2. you wish to remove the standard War Exclusion provision from your Group insurance policy, regardless of the duration of your employee's travel;

You must notify your Group Sales or Service Representative prior to the employee's departure date. If approved, a formal letter will be provided to you confirming acceptance.

Also, if the duration of your employee's business travel exceeds twelve months, we require you to notify us of such travel, regardless of the location.
