Anonymous Claims Advice

When it comes to insurance, most of us wish we had that "special friend" who knew the in’s and out’s of making a claim, someone who could help answer my questions like: "Is it worth it to make a claim?", "How can I tell if the damage will cost more or less than my deductible?" Or, "are my rates going to go up, just by calling and asking questions?"

These are real and valid concerns. Most people hesitate to contact their insurance company for fear of having their rates go up. That’s why RBC Insurance has a home and auto insurance claims advice line - available for you to call, no matter what insurance company you're with, and the best part – it’s anonymous, and free.

You don’t have to give your name, or policy number, the claims advisors will provide you with impartial information pertaining to your specific situation. And we’ll use our experience and offer guidance to help you decide on the best course of action.

So call the claims advice line if you’re involved in a car accident, or if your home has been damaged. It’s worth a few moments of your time to make the call.
