Upon receiving your complaint, one of our representatives will commit to a time frame for resolving your problem. We will contact you within five business days of receiving your complaint to let you know of our commitment.

If resolving your problem takes longer than anticipated, a representative will keep in touch with you regularly to update you on the progress.
