For BIC Password Resets, Suspended Accounts, Forgotten Passwords

Please e-mail rbcisalestechnologysupportcentre@rbc.com, and provide the following required information for fast and efficient service:

  • Advisor Code
  • User ID

A temporary password will be issued on a priority basis during regular business hours
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST. Closed on holidays and weekends.
