She was the driving force behind creating a new participating whole life product suite and simplified life and disability portfolio for RBC Insurance, which took an innovative approach to designing insurance products with the end consumer in mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recognized for her ability to drive efficiencies and differentiated service across teams, Maria inspires her colleagues to embrace an empowering, customer-focused mindset.
