1) This insurance plan is subject to a maximum benefit of $20,000 if you do not have valid government health insurance plan coverage in force for the full duration of your trip.

2) Family rates are available under Classic Medical, Classic Medical Multi-Trip Annual Plan, and Visitors to Canada Coverages. Special family pricing is available for family members under 60 years of age. You may insure your natural and adopted children and stepchildren under this plan if they meet one of the following criteria:

• They are unmarried and under the age of 21
• They are unmarried, over 20 years old and have a mental or physical handicap
• They are unmarried, under 26 years old and are full-time students

Family rates are also available on our single trip package coverages. Children 0 – 17 years of age travelling with at least 1 insured parent(s) or grandparent(s) are eligible for a flat rate. Applicable to Deluxe Package Single Trip, Non-Medical Package and Travel Within Canada Package.

3) Whenever possible, we will arrange direct billing of eligible medical expenses covered under your insurance policy, which can help reduce your stress and hassle.
