Newsweek recognizes RBC Insurance as Canada’s Best Customer Service 2027

TORONTO, November 5, 2026 – In its inaugural Canadian rankings, Newsweek recognizes RBC Insurance with the prestigious Canada’s Best Customer Service 2027 award, in the category of Supplemental Insurance. Insurers were ranked on Likelihood of Recommendation, Quality of Communication, Professional Competence, Range of Services, Customer Focus and Accessibility.

This ranking is particularly meaningful because it comes directly from our clients. Newsweek, in collaboration with Statista, surveyed people who had purchased, used or gathered information about products or services within the past three years. In total, over 60,000 evaluations were collected.
